Welcome to RichPips Trader. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our forex trade copying service. Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RichPips Trader, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

RichPips Trader provides an automated trade copying service that allows users to copy trades from master trading accounts to their own trading accounts using MT4/MT5 Expert Advisors (EAs). Our service includes:

• Real-time trade signal transmission
• Automated trade copying functionality
• Risk management tools and settings
• Access to community forums and support
• Subscription-based access to trading signals

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Account Termination

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

4.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds for subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days or have been used to access our service extensively.

5. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 Trading Risks

Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading decisions are made at your own risk
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• You should seek independent financial advice before trading
• Trading in foreign exchange markets is highly speculative and involves a high degree of risk
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Leverage can work against you as well as for you and can lead to substantial losses

IMPORTANT: Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge and understand that:

• Past earnings, profits, or performance do not guarantee future earnings, profits, or performance
• Historical trading results shown, displayed, or referenced on our service are provided for informational purposes only

RichPips Trader does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. We provide a technical service for copying trades. Any information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their consequences.

5.4 No Guarantees and Warranties

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The profitability of any trades, now or in the future
• The accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of trade signals
• The uninterrupted availability of our service
• The absence of errors, technical issues, or service interruptions
• Any specific trading outcomes or financial results
• The suitability of our service for your particular trading needs or financial situation

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.5 Limitation of Liability for Trading Losses

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT RICHPIPS TRADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Any losses incurred as a result of using our trade copying service
• Any losses resulting from trades executed on your trading account
• Market volatility, price fluctuations, or adverse market conditions
• Technical failures, errors, or delays in trade signal transmission or execution
• Incorrect trade signals, missed trades, or delayed trade execution
• Loss of profits, capital, or investment funds of any amount
• Any decision to follow, copy, or act upon any trade signal provided through our service
• Your reliance on any information, statistics, or performance data displayed on our service

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL TRADING ACTIVITY CARRIES INHERENT RISKS, AND YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES THAT MAY OCCUR. RICHPIPS TRADER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING SUCH LOSSES.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our service without permission
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in our forums
• Violate any third-party rights or intellectual property

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trade signals, are owned by RichPips Trader or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichPips Trader, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to trading losses, financial losses, or loss of profits
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, capital, investment funds, or use, regardless of the amount
• Trading losses or financial losses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, including losses from market volatility, adverse market conditions, or trading decisions
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service, including technical failures, service interruptions, or errors
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or trading account
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, statistics, performance data, or trade signals provided through our service
• Any losses arising from decisions to copy, follow, or execute trades based on signals from our service

IN NO EVENT SHALL RICHPIPS TRADER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. HOWEVER, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED AS SET FORTH ABOVE.

WITH RESPECT TO TRADING LOSSES SPECIFICALLY, RICHPIPS TRADER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE, AMOUNT, OR CIRCUMSTANCES OF SUCH LOSSES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL TRADING RISKS ARE ASSUMED SOLELY BY YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RichPips Trader and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any trading decisions or activities on your trading account

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or updates
• Technical issues or failures
• Force majeure events
• Actions beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the service at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and associated data
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RichPips Trader operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or through our service. Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RichPips Trader regarding your use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
